Memorial address, Ayumi Hamasaki's only mini-album, was released on 17 December 2003. The mini-album has eight tracks, the last of which is a bonus track called "Memorial address (take 2 version)." The mini-album was packaged with a DVD which had PVs for all of the songs except the bonus track. The mini-album has been released internationally through the iTunes store, so if you're interested I recommend checking it out there. You can also import it through a site like YesAsia or CDJapan.
